This Privacy Policy explains how Muhammad Sohaib, an individual sole proprietor based in Pakistan trading as BlowMe AI ("BlowMe AI", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use blowmeai.com and related services (the "Service"). We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

  • Account information: name, email address, password hash (for email sign-up), and profile photo.
  • Google Sign-In data: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, Google account ID, and profile picture through basic OAuth profile scopes.
  • Content you submit: YouTube URLs, uploaded video files, clip settings (such as captions, templates, and trim ranges), and related project metadata.
  • Generated content: AI-generated clips, captions, and processing metadata created through the Service.
  • Billing information: subscription plan, credit balance, and transaction references processed through Whop. We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, session cookies, and server logs used for security and reliability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the AI clipping Service.
  • Authenticate your account and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Process payments, manage credits, and handle billing.
  • Provide customer support and send service-related notifications.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve the reliability and security of the Service.

4. Google Sign-In Data

We use Google Sign-In only to authenticate your account. We request basic profile scopes (such as email and profile information) and do not use Google data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
  • Google user data is used solely to create and manage your BlowMe AI account.
  • We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
  • You can revoke BlowMe AI's access through your Google Account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • You can also delete your BlowMe AI account from your dashboard settings, which removes associated account data subject to our retention practices.
  • Google's own privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

5. YouTube and Video Content

  • You voluntarily submit YouTube links or upload video files for processing.
  • We may fetch public YouTube metadata (such as title, duration, and thumbnail) using the YouTube API to support the Service.
  • We do not access your YouTube account through OAuth unless we explicitly introduce that feature in the future and update this policy.
  • You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and process the content you provide.

6. Third-Party Processors

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Service. These may process personal data on our behalf:

  • Google — sign-in authentication.
  • Whop — payment processing and subscription management.
  • Ssemble — AI video clipping and caption generation.
  • MongoDB and hosting providers — data storage and infrastructure.

These providers are permitted to process data only as needed to deliver their services to us and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

7. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained while your account remains active.
  • Projects and clips are retained until you delete them or close your account.
  • Security and operational logs are retained for a limited period to protect the Service and investigate issues.

8. Your Rights and Account Deletion

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may:

  • Request access to or correction of your personal data by emailing us.
  • Delete your account from the Service settings, where available.
  • Contact us to request deletion of personal data associated with your account.

We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries where our service providers operate. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate protection when data is transferred internationally.
