These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BlowMe AI at blowmeai.com and related services (the "Service"), operated by Muhammad Sohaib, an individual sole proprietor based in Pakistan trading as BlowMe AI.

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BlowMe AI is an AI-powered tool that helps you convert long-form video content—via YouTube URL or file upload—into short-form clips with captions and related editing features.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee specific results, audience growth, or viral performance from generated clips.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• If you are under the age required by local law to enter into a binding contract or purchase paid services, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

• You may register using email and password or Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Unless otherwise permitted by your plan, each account is intended for use by one individual or business entity.

You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not:

• Submit content you do not own or lack permission to use.
• Upload or process content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent credit, billing, or security controls.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

• If processing fails due to a fault on our side, the credit is automatically refunded to your account balance.
• Subscription plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Each credit supports up to 20 minutes of footage from a single submitted video range.
• Prices are displayed in USD and processed through Whop. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

We offer subscription plans and one-time credit packs, including:

• Starter — $9/month.
• Creator — $29/month.
• Agency — $99/month.
• Boost — 10 credits for $7.
• Power — 30 credits for $20.
• Mega — 90 credits for $49.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refund rules are described in our Refund Policy.

• AI-generated clips, captions, titles, and other outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing or distributing them.
• We are not responsible for content you post to third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram.

• You retain ownership of the content you submit and the clips generated for you, subject to third-party rights in the underlying material.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
• The BlowMe AI name, branding, software, and website remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or misused.

The Service may integrate with or reference third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with platform rules when publishing generated content.

We strive to keep the Service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, outages, and third-party failures may occur. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlowMe AI and its operator from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Credits and billing matters are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
