This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions and credit purchases made through BlowMe AI ("we", "us", or "our"). Payments are processed by Whop, our payment provider.

2. Credit-Based Service Model
Each successful or attempted processing job uses one credit from your balance according to the rules shown in the app at the time of submission.
3. Automatic Credit Refunds for Service Failures
- If processing fails due to a fault on our side, the credit is automatically refunded to your account balance.
- Automatic credit refunds restore your in-app credits; they are not cash refunds to your payment method.
- If you believe a credit was deducted incorrectly, contact us with your account email and project details.
4. Subscription Refunds
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
- If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period, and future renewals will stop.
- We may issue refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by applicable law.
5. Credit Pack Refunds
- One-time credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been delivered to your account.
- Unused credits are not convertible to cash.
- Exceptions may be made for billing errors or duplicate purchases at our discretion.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund review, email us within 14 days of the charge and include:
- The email address associated with your BlowMe AI account.
- The transaction date and amount.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
We aim to respond within 5 to 7 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review the issue directly. Accounts associated with abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
8. Whop Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Whop. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Whop may collect and process payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
